Legal Agreement

This Legal Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Hostsyn ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and the user ("you", "your"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Hostsyn offers the following services:

  • Domain Name Registration
  • Domain Transfer
  • Domain Promotion
  • Hosting
  • Server
  • Email Hosting
  • Security

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the security of your account by keeping your password confidential.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Use our services in a manner that does not violate the rights of others.

3. Payment and Fees

All fees for our services are due in advance and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with prior notice to our users.

4. Termination

We may terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hostsyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services.

6. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hostsyn is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
